The best sink tip in my opinion. It will allow for a slower response on my part but still get the fly deep if I need it. The rush to start stripping in shallower water is much less with this line compared to the type 6. Fished in river, creek, and pond I love this line when fishing subsurface more than a foot or two. Like the other lines in this series it stay supple in cool/cold water. Med and fast action rods have both cast this line exactly the way I wanted them to.
