Bangtail T & A - Galloup's

Kelly Galloup's Bangtail T & A is simply one of the hottest streamers around. Of course, a fantastic trout fly but also one of our hottest selling smallmouth and largemouth flies as well. An evolution of the original T & A Bunker which was always a great seller for us, this one is a major improvement.

Kelly added UV Polar Chenille to the body which really gives it a full, flashy body. He also added schlappen feather deceiver tails which help the fly swim correctly and add some movement off the back. The flash, appearance and action of this fly makes it, in our estimation, one of the best fishing flies of all-time. Also being unweighted, this fly is extremely easy to cast. Best fished of course on a sink tip or full sinking "Kelly Style" fly line.

The Bangtail T & A here is tied on a #1/0 Universal Predator Equivalent (Kelly Montana fly version) hook and has Gamakatsu B10S articulated behind with wire and two red articulation beads. This is the Gray/White color variation. This fly is just shy of 6" head to toe.
