Fly tying is very rewarding. It provides the angler an opportunity to tie flies specific to their local rivers and lakes. Being able to tweak a flies size, color and profile allows one to be more successful on the water. Plus, catching a fish on a fly you tied is a great feeling!
During this class, Katie will teach a basic streamer pattern. If time allows, she will teach two flies.
This class will be held at the shop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Vises and tools can be provided if needed. All hooks and materials will be provided.
Having some tying experience is required for this class.
