Enrico's Bluegill fly is one of our best selling bass flies of all-time. It's pretty much a must have for largemouth but also important for a few other species as well. It's a top producing fly for us both in the shop and on the website.
The bluegill offering in the best selling Puglisi baitfish series for largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, smaller peacock bass and even pike. The hook is suitable for saltwater so don't be afraid to experiment with stripers, snook and redfish as well. Although not a top choice for the Amazon trips, we do sell a bunch of these for folks chasing Peacocks down in South Florida.
The Enrico Puglisi Bluegill fly is tied on a 1/0 hook and has a traditional style weed guard. This fly measures approximately 3 1/2" long.
