Silicone Legs have pretty much taken over where rubber legs left off. They are more durable and don't rot nearly as quickly. They are bit finer diameter than round rubber medium and provide as much or more action in the water. 

Each package has 5 bands of 23 legs that are 5 1/2 inches long. These are now popular in many innovative salt and freshwater patterns.  The popular solid colors are listed here. Dave Whitlock uses these alot, he loves the pumpkin color. Orange is pictured.
