We picked up the Articulated Flesh Fly after some summers in Alaska we were looking for flesh pattern that would imitate the Sockeye flesh that the giant rainbows loved to gorge themselves on. This pattern has the right color and size to trick the giant meat eaters in the late summer in Alaska. A must have in every Alaska box, especially for late season stuff.
We carry the Articulated Flesh here in #2 with a shank up front and the hook in back. This fly is approximately 3 1/2 inches long.
